Why must we be so skeptical, when it’s an amazing deal?!
I wanted to take out the time to try out my computer before I could fully give a review. Let’s start by talking about the shipping. It was supposed to get here within I think 7 to 10 business days but I received it within 4 to 5 days which was amazing. The packaging was very secure the box was huge filled with this spectacular style bubble wrap so that my computer would not be harmed. The appearance of the computer knowing that it was not brand new I would definitely say I couldn’t tell. As I remove my computer from the box I noticed that my screen was actually extremely bigger than I thought. Which was another Plus because I was looking forward to seeing a 19 inch screen but for some reason it looks bigger. My intentions was to buy this as a set and then purchase a monitor separate because I wanted to make sure that I had a monitor that was big enough for all of my tasks but this one is perfect. When I started the computer there was a process with getting started the setup which took a little time but it was so simple yet worth it. The system that it came with I totally forgot the name but I ended up just downloading Google Chrome to accommodate my liking. The mouse and keypad that came with my computer had cords so I didn’t use them I ended up just purchasing a wireless set. I went straight to the music because we all know we love to listen to music while we work right? And I really didn’t like the sound coming from the computer system versus the monitor so I just ordered some monitor speakers which made this whole setup perfect. Well after a few days of using my computer I ran into an issue. For some reason everything will my screen became magnified and I was not sure why. My computer came with this little pamphlet that said if I had any issues to please reach out to them and they will be sure to give me help. So I did just that and I spoke with an amazing gentleman named Robert. Mr Robert knew his stuff and he got me taken care of extremely quickly and I promised him that I would do a review once I knew exactly how I felt about this whole process. Needless to say you guys there’s no reason to be skeptical about something that is going to end up being amazing. What do you have to lose? Because of the product that we order here on Amazon we have the ability to return it within 30 days if we’re not pleased with our purchase. If you are a person who is definitely 100% honest I say try it take the chance and you never know you will love this whole system setup. By the way in this picture you will see that I also made a few other purchases to make my desk much more girly and suit my needs. Thank you so much Mr. Robert

I received my computer and although I had some issues with it initially the replacement works beautifully and I can get everything done that I need to. Very nice piece of equipment I definitely recommend this company.

GARBAGE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
WARNING! Donât buy!!!! renewcorp does not stand behind this âpaperweightâ of a computer they sell. Was told on Amazon site within 30 day return window to reach out to the company for support. So I did. They arenât even in the same state so I left numerous voicemails. They DO NOT get back to you. Thereâs ZERO customer service provided by seller. Turns out the computer was sold but this third party and shipped by third partyâ- not by Amazon! So Amazon couldnât even send me a new one without the third party (renewcorp) approval. Which they denied. My computer wasnât in traditional English but in European English. Therefore all word documents spelled words for work incorrectly. Computer tech looked at it and said the hard drive was totally corrupt and needed replacement. I had to pay a local computer repair company to get my documents back off the system. I also had to buy a new hard drive and ultimately paid more for repair tech than the $125 I paid for the computer! What a waste of time and money. Seller didnât authorize any refund, replacement nor would they send me a hard drive that wasnât corrupt. Amazon ultimately gave me support outside of the third party but Iâm still unable to work and have no computer. And am our way more money than I should be on this

Slow but ok basic use
I really don’t use it much because it freezes and is slow. My youngest kid just mostly uses it for school homework now. But since he now has a better computer than me he doesn’t really need to use it as much. I really wish I knew more about what I was purchasing before I bought this. I would have just gotten a better computer. My oldest son brought from the same link. I only brought from the link because he told me about it. Except the one he bought was newer. I didn’t pay attention to the condition. That is why I wasn’t really satisfied. My son went and bought additional stuff for his and upgraded it because his was not working well either and he needed it for college. He is in school right now for IT. Once he knew what to do to fix the issues with his computer, he did his upgrade and his works fine. He suggested I have him upgrade mine as well. If you need something for basic use, this device is probably fine. If you are using it for Roblox game play or game development this is a no. If you need it for an online business this is also a no unless you upgrade it. Upgrading is not expensive if you know someone who can do this. I am updating this again. 6/1/24 I need a new hard drive. The computer is was too slow for me to do any work on it. I probably should have returned it after I got it or changed the hard drive a long time ago. Both my son and I both purchased from this same vendor and we both had the same problem. I would have rather spent more money and something that worked better than to have to resort to having to get it fixed myself. The difference he is an IT student and figured out he had a bad hard drive. I had to find out from him what the issue was with mine. So, I am going to buy a new hard drive so that I can get this thing to work. It has set me back far on my projects. It is so bad that I have to borrow my son’s computer to do my work. I would have been done months ago with my project had the computer worked better.

I purchased this 7 month ago with the intention of using it as a server, and even though it’s fully capable for that purpose, I’ve been using it as a backup to my main system instead. Not a fan of Windows, so I immediately formatted the drive and installed Linux Mint. Flawless and smooth installation. The only time I’ve had to reboot was when I wiped Mint and installed LMDE6 a month ago. It’s been running great and I have no regrets. I did bump up the RAM to 16GB, so it runs even faster than before. It’s NOT a gaming computer, so you shouldn’t expect it to play recent games. I was so pleased with it that I purchased a second system for my wife. She left Windows on it, but her experience has been very similar and she’s quite happy with it.

Especially considering the price, this is a great little day-to-day PC with Windows 10. Obviously not for hard core gamers but that’s not the intent of a few hundred dollar machine. It’s reliable and fast enough to do eg banking, emailing, editing, streaming and lots of lower level gaming. Note that it will not upgrade to Windows 11 as is, not having a powerful enough CPU. While Windows 11 is nigh upon us, Windows 10 will be supported into the future (until October 14, 2025 according to Microsoft). 2nd possible drawback is the mini sized toy monitor. I actually put it aside and am using my original one. But that’s just me, it’s quite adequate. Overall a very affordable way to have a reliable perky little PC on your desk.
