Great Printer poor marketing strategy.
I would not have bought your HP Officejet Pro 8025e. Because youâre advertising is very deceptive. You offer free ink for 6 months but you deliberately left out you jammed a software program that one can only use your HP ink cartridges. I would call that BLACK MALE MARKETING. Then nowhere in your Amazon ad states you have to call the first month to get the ink refills and sing a contract with HP.When an auto dealer sells you a new car he does not tell you that you can only buy gas refills at one gas station on the west side of the city. You get at the best price you find where youâre at. I will tell you now this program is going to be a pain in your ass.Your executives, engineers, marketing that runs HP are stupid you go to through all the effort to make a printer knowing aftermarket ink cartridges out there. If you would make them reasonable affordable, If they can make and sell them for $30.00 1/2 less of what you ask $80.00 – $100.00. It would not be realistic for someone to come in behind you to make the ink cartridges.HP support is above and beyond all others. Really caring and eager to help as Amazon. The way HP markets and try to fish hook your customers is not needed if you read below. Like many Amazon items there are options when putting in the item in your cart. Like your Officejet Pro 8025 and 8025e meaning HP diligently left out what the e really means. You did not provide that. My intent here is wake somebody up on what youâre doing to a customer.I would not have bought your HP Officejet Pro 8025e. Because youâre advertising is very deceptive. It would not be realistic for someone to come in behind HP to make the ink cartridges. Think about it, but you want us to give you access to our printer this 2024 I guarantee you people are not going to like that. You HP has a controlling issue just make great printers and affordable replacement ink cartridges (IC) that would keep the clones away if they can mass produce IC and make a profit you can to you would dominate the entire market, greed as got you. I’m sending you a message it is your call. Donât try to outsmart the consumers outsmart the clone makers.Great printer Great HP customer service and HP customer service. It is the marketing strategy.

In my life, several things I dislike and that been a one-in-all combination of printer, scanner and copier.I have diligently avoided these types of purchases. But, looking at what I needed and the space I had I took the chance after much research and thought and made this purchase. No software comes in the box and no USB computer printer cable because the objective is that through your network you print, copy, scan and can even store in the cloud.I think software should accompany the product and a USB cable. In the setup you have to go on lineand download software and it’s kind of easy. However, setup also posts on the screen that some location’s access to a network is understandable so if that they should supply a cable. What I did was to use the printer cable from the printer I was replacing and that solved the problem and that printer was a HP printer that I’ve had for almost 20 years. It is important to know that if you are not able to access a network during installation and a prompt is posted on the screen along with the printer with an IP #What you do is touch the icon saying I don’t see my printer listed and then the opportunity to install a non-network connected printer is made available. Options are offered to download software for this, take that option and download all of it and not just basic. Not too pleased with HP smart but I do know the desk top posting of icons for printing and scanning which you really need, you really need… are handy because if you scan, without that, you don’t know where your scans are going. propbeably to the cloud or somewhere.I dislike the ink cartrigdes. Too skinny. I did have at this location a HP 6490 and I really like the size of the cartridges and at another location I used a HP 8100 and these cartridges are modeled simlair to that type of printer but very skinny and the most werid way of preparing the cartridge for service, I’ve seen.If you the printer on the network, you have to have the wifi, mifi turned on. If you don’t use the network, then it doesn’t matter. My choice, set up for non-network use in case of internet lost fo rsome reason. It is a choice. My postion is tha if I wan to print remotely, I just send it by email and print it from there.Personally, I like the printer. I don’t have a document feeder for the scanner so you have to flip pages and using the programHP provides, you can scan several documents, save and lets you name the scanned document. The copier has a document feeder. The printer has a page catch fo rprinted documents. So far so good. A learning curve.

Sooooo happy with my new printer. It works very well. The installation was easy and quick as it comes with a user manual. Just follow the instructions and you are set in less than 10 minutes. This printer comes with free ink. Also, once you sign up and follow the instructions of the app, they will send you a new set of ink too. So far, no issues with connectivity. I was able to print using my laptop, phone and iPad. Grab yours now!! ðð»ðð»

I recently purchased an HP computer and an HP printer for compatibility. Iâm able to print from my phone and my iPad and anywhere essentially. This is a great printer and I highly recommend the purchase. Itâs a little boxy but a great purchase. The digital screen is cool too.
