I purchased this for my child, and it appears to be functioning well. The keyboard feels a bit odd due to the rigidity and bulkiness of the keys, especially for fast typists, but my child enjoys using it. There was initially an issue with the cables from the PC to the monitor, but after contacting the seller, they promptly sent the correct cable. I’m giving this product a five-star rating because of the seller’s attentive customer service. I haven’t checked the motherboard for upgrade slots yet, but I will. If you have questions about this aspect, it’s advisable to seek input from other users.

Pretty fair, but…
Okay so on a budget this thing is pretty great, the graphics card is a little meh, but not too bad, it’s not for serious AAA gaming, but for indies and light games that aren’t graphics heavy that shouldn’t be much of an issue. Smaller than I thought but that’s awesome, but not much room to add a whole lot more. The wifi adapter that it shows wasn’t what I got, I got one that goes on the inside and you screw 2 antenna on, but hey, it works, just makes it a little hard if you wanna get a dedicated graphics card instead of the integrated Intel 630 uhd, I mean it’s not terrible but could be better. Almost a terabyte of space on the ssd, wish it was a little bigger for plugging in another hdd or something, but overall, I can’t really complain too much about anything, it all works, mouse and keyboard are on the cheaper end, but the keyboard is pretty nice to look at, and the lighting is cool on it. Mouse is meh. Came with a different cord that had the screw ends rather than hdmi. Where the dedicated graphics card could come in to play, but the one it came with works for the monitor and they’re both pretty nice together, most adjustable monitor I’ve ever owned, it acm even be tilted! Overall I’d say it was a pretty good buy, I’d say about 4.6/5 stars total rating if I could get specific, if I had the USB adapter I’d be a bit more happy because it would’ve given the space for a better GC. But again, was worth getting so far.EDIT: when looking for a GPU make darn sure you get LOW PROFILE specifically designated as Low Profile, they’re very small and slim enough to fit in this case

Love everything about this. There was a Wifi issue with one of them but customer service sent me out a replacement part right away. I had some trouble getting the sound bar set up but it works now. I just canât figure out how to turn the lights off lol – as for the performance it plays all the games I want fine – no lag.

After receipt, I open the computer to the internet and a vocal and written message , with flashing and pulstating lighting, identifying itself as Window Security, immediately came on warning that this computer had been locked.Out of an abundance of caution, I carefully packed all the purchase items the seller provided in its original box and padding and returned all to Amazon within the return window.Of the original purchase price of $291.32 I received a refund of $163.81 representing a discount of 56%. Looking up their return policy, it says the maximum discount is a 20% restocking fee if they diagree with the reason for the return. The reason for the return is that I bought it as a personal computer, not a flashing light show that they did not catch when they refurbished it. Beware, bad seller!
