   excellent cost value vs performance model laptop – super clean preloaded OS also
   I don’t know if this is specific to the vendor I bought this model of Laptop from or if it’s for all laptops for this particular model, but the preloaded OS was super clean and most important it did not have the Lenovo Advantage software preloaded on it which causes constant alerts from our Carbon Black Managed Endpoint security software even after verifying that nothing nefarious is happening, and whitelisting everything that it is alerting for. CB is annoying and it’s bad enough that it only reports these processes for the user account that was used to load the CB software onto the device, so it makes it very hard to determine which user is currently using the device

   Improved Rating due to seller support
   Laptop is great and runs perfectly. Rated this item down because it came with a european plug and could not run/charge the laptop. Seller sent correct plug and now we can use the laptop. Lenovo machine is great. I cant rate it 5 stars because of the incorrect cord plug and no where does it state in the product description that it is a european laptop. The seller shows its location in USA, one would assume you were getting the correct plug type?? Thank you for quick response to send new plug.
